In 2011, my daughter bought a kia sportage suv, and when it was just out of 5 yr warranty in 2016, the auto trans developed a problem, whereby it would not select drive, anyway it was was going to cost her 500$, we rang Kia Aust in Sydney, and spoke with them, they organised with local dealer and fixed it at no costs, we were very happy with the service and commend Kia Aust and the dealer at COFFS Harbour for their service and great attitude of both in this matter. Resultingly, the daughter will be buying another Kia soon. Good service keeps customers.
