Worst customer service EVER. I do NOT recommend using this site. I ordered products during "special" limited time offer - order was for a gift - i ordered 4 weeks before I needed it to arrive. 2.5 weeks after my order there was still no shipping details and no arrival of product. I had to email back and forth for a week just giving my details. My first email contained my name and order #, as if they couldn't find me with that. They proceeded to request one day at a time further details about the order. I had to send a msg to the BBB before I got an answer back from KJC's horrid service dept who finally agreed to resend the order. I wanted a refund but they said all sales are final. Which is odd wording considering I was charged for an item, by now, 3 weeks ago that I have never received and according to USPS was NEVER shipped. They will resend the items, but will not resend the "special offer" item because it's "no longer special offer time". Are you kidding me. The entire issue is on their side and they can't even keep their promises. Fraudsters. If my new shipment doesn't arrive in a week, I will follow up with BBB and VISA to see what I can do about getting my money refunded. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, PRODUCT WILL NEVER ARRIVE.

Have to admit I booked with resaver in error, i thought i was on the main hotel website, and didn't realize until after I had booked non-refundable reservation. I saw these reviews AFTER and was terrified my bill would be crazy high (I'm CDN and didn't realize when I booked it was US $, but it did say that in the terms). Long story short - the price for the fancy room i got, after the exchange rate, was $5 LESS than I was expecting and was still $40 CDN cheaper than the actual Hotel website posted. Worked out awesome for me!
