They charged my credit card for an order I don't believe they ever shipped since the tracking showed it had been "recalled" as soon as it left the warehouse. They only refunded 75% of the charge with no explanation and kept sending the same cut and paste answer to my enquiries about a full refund. DO NOT do business with this company!
I entered an order, while tracking it showed that the order had been "recalled" which they show as a "return". My credit card was already charged and they kept a nice 28% tip by not fully refunding the charge. DO NOT do business with Lookfantastic!
