I saw an ad and a review of this company and at first I was just interested in only the fact that she had an awesome deal which was totally too good to pass on. As for the review I read well, it too was to good to be true at least how it sounded anyway. But to my surprise, I was left speechless. This apartment rental was totally a 5 yr wreck and neglected by bad tenants. The lady that owns this is who cleaned and I want to say this place was absolutely the cleanest I have ever seen it. She is now my go to gal and for all my properties
