“No date on my receipt may cause problems in claiming the " full manufacturers warranty".”

Great price, but I'm having problems claiming warranty information due to the order confirmation containing no date. The "Need Expert Advice?" telephone number leads me to a 'congratulations, you've just won...' automated attendant that does not allow any other option except to claim the 'prize'. So frustrated!
