I placed an order on 11/2/2021. Midway through November I receive my package. It was the WRONG product. I ordered a NIKIE PULLOVER HOODIE 4xl and received a JORDAN ZIP UP JACKET…. The size was XL. Tell me how do you screw up that bad?!?. Okay fine. I call them asking them to send the correct item. I'm reassured I'll receive it AFTER the customer service agent tells me multiple times she just wanted to refund me and let me reorder the product. UH NO. Just give me what I pay for. Then I receive an email today. 12/3/2021 that they received the item I returned for an exchange and that they gave me a refund but it wasn't even the full amount of what I paid. So I call AGAIN. Spend FIFTY MINUTES ON THE PHONE. For them to tell me they in fact are not sending me the product I ordered nor will they give me the rest of my refund. Instead I'm given a $5 credit and 25% off my next order. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER. Instead I will be filing a report and also reporting them to the BBB!
