I was struggling to restrain my 170lb puppy at a pet convention when I was approached by a man offering to help. With a nothing-to-lose attitude I agreed to let him place his leash on Jax, our English Mastiff. Up until this point I was feeling defeated. There were hundreds of people all in awe of Jax and approaching him to take photos, we passed by dozens of vendors who all claimed to have a strong enough harness solution which we had paid for and returned. Jax is never on a leash but this event is out of his normal routine, so he was pulling a lot.

Anyway - I was shown how easy it was to lace the LeadMeLeash around his chest, through the hoop and once under his armpit area and POOF done. The man insisted I use his leash for a little while then pass by and tell him my thoughts. As soon as I had the LeadMeLeash in my hand, I was able to hold Jax with practically no force whatsoever. Since only moments earlier I was being dragged with 2 arms on his former leash I was hesitant in becoming amazed so I looked deeper into the placement and the quality of the LeadMeLeash. The placement is perfect. Its nothing new, only perfected. Any good quality newer age harness uses a similar style in wrapping the dogs chest, but the thickness of the leash and its quality makes the difference. The LeadMeLeash is a very well constructed woven material, and it was clearly strong enough to hold Jax. Jax was in no pain and had no strain whatsoever when in the LeadMeLeash. Taking it 1 step further I tied the handler-side into a knot leaving myself with a close-grip option and the full leash/handle option. For me, that worked perfectly. I was literally able to hold Jax with only 2 fingers while walking him through a huge crowd. For the first time I was able to walk Jax on a proper leash with no pulling or tugging from either of us.

I highly recommend LeadMeLeashes ( leadmeleashes.com) for any dog, large or small. You and your furry friend will thank them later. I was also pleased to learn this is a family venture of animal lovers and their leashes are handmade in the USA.

They're selling sick dogs for profit. They buy from breeders classified as puppy mills on the humane society "top 100 worst breeders" list. When confronted they have no sympathy while the staff interacts with no manners or people skills. (Discussions end in arguments rather than a simple "I'm sorry I sold your toddler a dying puppy").

We purchased a puppy 7 days after they posted a video of him on their website & YouTube page. In that video the puppy showed severe signs of fatigue. As per their vet (Towne Line Vet Grp) the video strongly suggest signs of Parvo (which he died from later that day).

When we contacted Puppy Experience to bring them up to speed the woman who answered was only concerned with the sale sticking and she had no concern about the puppy condition, the rest of the puppy's in her stores related health risks, or our 2yr old who spent over an hour in their store last night playing with and falling for this poor puppy. All she cared about was making it crystal clear that REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN IF THE VET DEEMS THE DOG UNFIT FOR SALE.

All of this could have so simply been avoided had the staff at Puppy Experience known enough about puppy's. Signs of malnourishment, discolored mucus running from eyes and noses, lack of food and water intake, etc. If they used better style flooring in their "state of the art puppy cribs" rather than wire mesh then maybe they'd be able to notice blood and worms in their pups stool.

BUYER BEWARE!

They wouldnt complete my order until i supplied them with mt date of birth and social security number... the claimed they needed it for experian verification for all chipped credit cards. I reminded them the card i used was NOT chipped. They canceled my order and they have not refunded the $688.05 to my visa, now i need to file a charge back through visa.

SUCH a hassle!

On the bright side i was able the buy the same diadoras at premeir.com and the same penfield hoodies at hypebeast.com

Tip for consumers:
use paypal otherwise youll be subject to their "mandatory phone-verification" which is a huge red flag to any consumer
