I ordered two items as Christmas gifts. I was told they would be delivered within 8 to 14 days. A few days after I placed the order I received a confirmation that they were shipped. I waited and waited to no avail. I checked the tracking information again and said it was on its way back to shipper. I reached out to them several times via email and they have never responded to me. I have now created a dispute with my credit card.
