Purchased a bookcase on their website with next day delivery. It did not arrive and there was no tracking information. Contacted customer service twice but was only told there was a delay, they had no idea when it would arrive. After 10 days I asked for a refund. Customer service cancelled it and sent me a refund confirmation via email. Refund was never received. Contacted customer service about 10 days later and they said there was an error, they corrected it and I got a second email confirmation for a refund. Never received it so I contacted customer service again and talked to a "supervisor". She explained she had now corrected the "error" and my refund would be forthcoming. Got a confirmation of that via email. Still, no refund. It's been 40 days. I have paid and received no product. Spent hours trying to get my refund but they show no signs of refunding my money. Buyer beware!

Product quality varies widely. Some things ok, many cheap Chinese-made, fast fashion items that may not tolerate a single laundering. I won't do business with a company that requires I provide personal info or "sign up" to make a purchase. Tired of the coercion to get my info. There should be no barrier to shoppers buying as a "guest" or being able to chat with customer service. There is absolutely NO reason they need my email address or anything else for me to be granted the "privilege" of spending my money on their goods. If people would stop forking over their personal info, businesses would stop demanding it. Tired of businesses being hacked and my info being handed out to everyone. Best defense is to not hand out your info. This is no different than going to the grocery and having the cashier demand your birthdate and social security number just to checkout.all the while knowing you are exposing yourself to significant risk doing so.It should be illegal to demand this info.

I ordered a device to help lift skin. Did not work.

The website said there is a 60 day risk-free guarantee in which to return it. It said they charge no restocking fees. Clearly states this.

However, when I tried to return it they said they would charge a 20% restocking fee and I would pay for shipping (to China). They would not tell me how much my refund would be but I know it would be less than 50% of the purchase price as they ended up offering me that to just keep it.

So in summary, useless product and failure to honor its own stated return policy. I would suggest avoiding this website. The product arrived directly from China without the Nutriskin name on it...clearly you could buy for a fraction of the cost directly from a website selling Chinese goods.

I have made a number of purchases on Etsy that I am VERY happy with. However, I've noticed in the past year that about half of the children's clothes on the site, which state they are handmade and are priced as such, are mass-manufactured stuff from China. You can find it on other sites (Chinese) that sell it for 50-75% less.

Approx 70% of the sellers you try to communicate with to clarify information about a product don't respond. You can spend all kinds of time trying to find the right product but get no answers. Poshmark does not care about this. They just tell you not to buy from a seller who doesn't respond... good idea but that is 60-70% of their sellers. Why aren't they interested in allowing shoppers to rate sellers? Why aren't they interested in purging sellers who create a bad reputation for their site?

I ordered a lightweight cotton jacket.(athletic wear type) It arrived 3 weeks later but instead of being made of cotton with a bit of spandex it is 100% polyester or some other type of synthetic fabric (like a cheap blouse). The item fit ok through the body but the sleeves were seemingly 2 or 3 sizes larger and the cuff around the wrist was 2-3 inches too large. The sleeves were puffed with a cuff at the wrist vs. a straight sleeve Excess fabric on the inside of the pocket was left sticking out, above the top of the pocket. Fabric was puckered up all around the edges of the zipper in front. I did an image search and they had used a photo from Soft Surroundings (stolen image and poorly copied design) I then looked at other items and found them stolen from other sites (Sundance, etc.) Their photos misrepresent what you will receive and the workmanship is poor. The item I received looked like something I would expect to see at a dollar store.

I've uploaded content to Redgage over the years. Unfortunately, there seems to be no one home there. I've contacted them multiple times because I can't get things to upload, but there is no response. Even more frustrating though is that I have $75 sitting there and can't seem to get it... I don't recommend this site. It's either abandoned or just simply unreliable.

I ordered two shirts, both of which the site indicated would be shipped within 3 business days. After 7 or 8 business days they had not shipped. I contacted them and they responded (the only reason they got two stars from me is that they did responded) They said they no longer had the items and would refund my money if I asked. Hmmm. So they weren't going to tell me? I had to ask? Anyway, clearly the items on the site may or may not be available and you definitely need to keep track of it if you don't want them to keep your money and not send you anything.

On several occasions I have received only one of two items ordered. On other occasions I have been sent the wrong item, an item I did NOT order. In both cases I was not reimbursed or was told to return the item at my own cost. (which would have been twice the cost of the item) Most recently I bought a pair of tan/brown shoes and a pair of black shoes. I got the package after 6 weeks. It included a pair of PINK shoes. The black shoes were not included nor did they arrive later. I asked for a full refund. I got nothing for the Pink shoes I did not order or want, and $10 for the black shoes (about 75% of the total cost) So in summary, I paid about $20 for absolutely NOTHING. So, if you order a phone and get a candle, just expect them to tell you that because you got something, you won't get a refund. In addition, if you order something and don't receive it you have to prove you didn't receive it by getting an official letter from the post office saying they lost it or something like that. So if you received one of two items, you will likely be out of luck as the package was delivered. Just to add to the aggravation you also won't be allowed to give the seller who basically stole your money a review. Once you open a "dispute" you can not do that. My take away is that their only concern is to protect their sellers even if they are disreputable. I guess karma will get them in the end.

Tip for consumers:
Don't unless you like to take chances.
