Watch out for Buyer Agreements from these people, They slipped it into our paperwork when we were in a rush to put a bid on a house and we never knew we were under contract for 90 days and two counties.
They never did their Due-Diligence in telling us what was in the paperwork, Only better hurry or we will miss out on that house.
So when canceled on the house because of the inspection report and decided to go with another realtor (My Daughter) so we bought through her another house, Boise River Realty demanded 1% of the cost of our new house or they would Sue us. They never even showed us the house we bought.$2630. 00 for a few hours work on the house we didn't buy because of the inspect.
They are sure good at ruining a new buyers happiness from a new home purchase.
Scam Artist... Avoid like the plague
