They have no concept of good customer service they used to be good but went down hill fast and hit rock bottom sent me defective used and damaged products, they would put items on back order and not bother to let you know that. On your account it would show unfulfillable and I guess that means its on back order, I would think it means they cant get the item. This just creates more work for you to do, cancel order return orders but they don't care. I tried to order a cordless circular saw that showed add to cart and the blade for it, come to find out the saw was on back order and I didn't know that as it showed unfulfillable I thought they could not get the saw so I asked to cancel the entire order, then they canceled the order for the saw but not the blade and are trying to charge me $14.40 for a saw blade that cost $6.99 I think they do this on purpouse to sell the blades batteries and chargers when they know you cant get the actual tool you want. Why would you ship me a saw blade that is completely useless to me without the saw? No common sense I guess. I gave them at least three chances to contact me to straighten it out but they absolutely refuse to contact me through phone or email so that tells me they think they are doing a good job and don't see anything wrong with this. I will not be buying their tools anymore. Customer for almost 20 years and first time complainer. CUSTOMER LOST
