I ordered a set of silicone fresh-keeping sleeves from kkiosm.com, and I funnily, got a bag of cheap, plastic shower caps! The product has numerous, excellent 5/5 reviews on their site, but I would rethink purchasing there again, based on my experience. I wasn't able to leave a review on the store's service myself, so I wanted to review somewhere.

They probably won't refund your items either. I say this, despite that the item I bought was on sale and their policy says they won't be able to refund items on sale, which is an understandable, common practice among stores. Again, I say this because when I contacted them about my order, they kindly offered me a refund of $4 (sale price was $18.14), which wasn't in their policy. Surprise, the refund never came, if not in a perpetual limbo!

If you ever do need to contact them about a product, reach them at *******@kkiosm.com, at least they responded. The email that's listed inside my package never responded to me.

The good news!: getting a bag of shower caps instead of actual kitchen ware made for a great laugh among friends. I'll be more careful before I buy from Facebook advertisements too.
