Representative was very polite and knowledgeable about the product. Got all the information to order the right bed cover for my truck. I have already received and installed it. Looks great and fits perfectly. I ordered it on Monday the 18th and it arrived today the 20th. Thiis is my second BAKFlip cover and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality product.
