Fraud alert Rotita is charging me for a canceled order I never received order number WW **************... contacted they 10 times over this matter. Had to report as fraud no one ever got back to me from this site 223 minute hold time for a chat obtion this is a horrible shopping experience

Klara is going into my personal account charging me fr an order I canceled and proved it to them its just illegal. I have to close my bank card after 20 attempts to contact them. I was told 245 minute wait to talk to a live person.
