Coinbase support is an automated joke. I had a very simple problem that I requested assistance with. The problem was that coinbase changed my XLM memo without notification which made a predetermined payout from 'unmineable' imposssible to complete. I asked for an explanation as well as to have the memo changed back to the original. I am convinced that no human works for support. They ask for other information that is irrelevant to my query. Do not get sucked into the convenience. They do not care about their users whatsoever. I will be doing research on a safe alternative wallet/bank bridge. I suggest you do the same.
