Hi All
As a consumer i have been unfortunate to find a a shopping website that has removed monies from my card but as yet to date almost 2 months after the initial transaction has not provided the goods... They have not offered any reimbursement or followed up any complaint, in any detail or customer concern.
They appear professional but i would strongly advise against purchasing any goods offered from this site and do not be drawn in by any positive comments on the site itself.
I am currently still trying to pursue the funds of $222 but have had no replies from this company to that end.
I hope some good will come from this infromation which will protect other decent consumers and similar good honest online businesses.
Please beware of purchasing anything from www.thequeenoftheball.com
I hope this advise stops others losing any monies through transactions with this online business.
