“Helps With My Posture”

I wear a waist shaper over my shirt, so there is no chaffing. Very nice thick, durable material. It helps with my posture, helped a lot with back support, it molds my waist very well, I received this belt on time as expected. I use it mainly for work out. Great buy. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and I love it.
