Bought a Rolex for my wife with a verbal condition that I could return it for a refund if she didnt like it. I made it clear that it would not be given to her for a 1 1/2 years and I paid for it with monthly payments for a year. Nothing was said about a 30 day return policy. The watch was still in the box complete with tags and receipt, in brand new condition. They wouldnt even look at the watch. My wife did not want the watch. I will never go back to Reeds or recommend them to anyone!

Service and Value are only average

I thought I was ordering a refurbished iPhone. When it never came, I asked when it would be delivered. They reply was "go to our web site. When I did, I kinda figured something was wrong when I saw all these points I had to have to get the phone for the price I paid. The points had to be earned by filling out many surveys, write articles, etc... almost impossible for an 80 year old like me to understand. They said the money I paid was for membership only and I should have read all the fine print before I agreed to the terms. They will not refund my $40, so I get nothing. This is a big scam. They should be reported to the Attorney Gernal of their state, Better Business Bureau, and any other agency that can close this "Scam" Company down!
