I purchased 4 lamps, upon arrival, we were dissappointed at the light weight of the bases and the difficulty of plugging the electrical cord to it... it felt very flimsy and the on/ off button barely worked on all of them. Since we purchased them for night lights in various rooms, we opted to leave them on so we don't have to wiggle each night. One of them, the owl in big size stopped working after one day. I called customer service and vm said that employees working from home due to pandemic, and to not leave a message, instead communicate by email only. It's been 2 weeks and no reply to my request to return. It seems i will end up having to do a charge for for the $63 value of the owl lamp. The other lamps still work, but feel flimsy and like they cost $5 to make. Totally over priced, but cute idea. Let's hope that the remaining $99 purchase on the 3 lamps i will keep works long enough that i don't feel like i was totally ripped off.
