I was desperate for help with my laptop, Just answer's post said they had the right expert for me. I was very specific about needing help with Ubuntu a branch of Linux, their posting said they had an expert. He had a lot of computer experience and knowledge but not with Ubuntu (my specific request) we spent way to much time. At the end he couldn't help with the most basic problem I encountered I left extremely frustrated. Later I received confirmation of a $46 charge to my account. If I had needed help with Microsoft or MAC I'm sure he would have helped. I wont be using them again.

Their expert tried but was not prepared to help me. After the session was over he sent me a link to a Youtube video that might be helpful. I appreciate the follow thru but I found a way on my own to solve the most ugent of my problems.

I know where I want to go (where there is Amtrak service) and when I want to travel. But this site makes things so difficult, will NOT show their schedules. You have to go thru their screwed up scheduling system that does not work.

Where to begin: Nivano Physicians manage insurance billing & doctor authorizations between doctors and insurance companies and they have ability to mess up the simplest task. I've spent hours obtaining authorization for procedures I've been receiving for years. They tell you everything can be done over their website then make it near impossible to get to your personal account thru their portal. Here is a copy of a recent communication with the Customer Service email:

Whomever designed and manages your website sucks! The website hides the patient portal login while predominantly displaying the industry log in, THAT sucks! Now that I have been directed to where you HIDE the member login and been given a temporary password the site DEMANDS that I reset my password. To do that I am required to give my"Old password" however the site does not recognize my old password or temporary password SO wont allow me to reset my password. If your web designers goal was to keep me out of my Nivano portal they have excelled!
I will pass this information on to every Nivano chat-site I can find on the web warning people of the difficulties doing business with your organization. With hopes that I can save someone the problems of communicating/navigating with Nivano.Of course if you can offer any assistance with the problem I having then I can deal this the other complication your organization is causing me.

Be careful! They charge a $17.99 MONTHLY fee when you open account. Whether you do business with them or not. For a company or person doing hundreds of dollars in postage a month it could be a good deal.

I'm sad because ActBlue.com is the site many of my candidates use to collect their donations. My problem is that the site is set up to automatically treat donations as recurring even though you intent is to make a "One Time" donation. Twice they have caught me with this tactic. Their automated system makes it hard to correct the overpayment. Canceling/block future autopayments seems to be easy.

Just be careful when using this site they will get you if you are not careful.

I needed a couple of Real-estate documents and they can be quite complex and hard to find, The lay-out is very well organized. Once you find what you are looking for they help you fill it out then you can print or save (on your hard drive) the document and they give you format choices which are very helpful. There are several companies that will do the same but when your done they hit with a fee to save, print or do anything with the doc. These folks have a free trial offer as a choice (warning it does sign you up for a subscription service, however it is very easy to cancel the subscription and when you do cancel the subscription you still get full access till the offer runs out.)
The documents they helped me with are incredible and if I needed help like this on a regular basis I wouldn't hesitate signing up for a 1 year subscription but I'm not.
