“I would give zero stars if I could”

I ordered 7 dresses thinking that I could easily return to their website address only to learn that each dress has to be photographed then sent to their shipper in CHINA for a refund. They don't tell you their dresses are from China! With Corona Virus that is the last place I need to get and order from. 3 of the dresses were cancelled by their suppliers and instead of giving me a refund to CC they offer store credit? Are you kidding me - never again. Taking this to the local consumer affairs dep of local tv station for resolution.
