This is my first time ordering from crocs.com. Will definitely be my last time ordering from crocs.com.
My kids were excited to get their first pair of crocs so I made my order a week ago. I had a 30% off coupon so I was excited to try crocs out for the first time. I woke up this morning to an email saying my order had been canceled after they have already taken the money out of my bank account. When I went to see what was going on it said that the crocs had been sold out. I am very disappointed. My kids are very disappointed they picked up those crocs their self and we're looking forward to them. When I tried to call customer service I was on hold for over an hour and finally just gave up and hung up. When I tried to do the live chat it got me nowhere it was just a bit that kept asking the same question over and over again. It was no live agent to chat with. I guess I will just be going to the Nike store where I usually get my kids shoes from and have a good luck with them. I will not be ordering crocs again for my kids or for anyone.
