Customer service is the worst.
I was automatically billed for two devices for two years by Malwarebytes on January 8,2022. This was a correct billing. Then, I was automatically billed for three devices for one year by a vendor called 2CO.COM*Malwarebytes on March 18,2022. 1. I had already paid in January and 2, this was not my plan. I had to pay a fee to "Justanswer" to even lodge a complaint with 2CO.COM. When I filed a complaint, I was told to take it up with Malwarebytes or the credit card company. There is no way to speak to a live person at Malwarebytes. I had to file three on-line claims to Malwarebytes before I finally got the response. All in all, it took over two weeks after my first complaint to get a refund. I would ditch Malwarebytes were it not for the fact that I really like the product.
