“Never got my order!”

Placed order July 30,2020 for Barbie Mod Friends. Was suppose to get free shipping on orders over 40.00. Order was confirmed. Have a order number. Have made numerous emails to business as to when I would be getting my order no reply. I feel they have taken my money from my debit card and don't have the product. Do Not Oder from Homdecoz unless you want to be scammed. My next step is to contact my bank and BBB and Attorney General. Very annoyed that there are businesses that take advantage of customers like me. I contacted my Bank and they said their business is from China. Avoid all the trouble I'm going thru and don't order from them! Also No customer phone number. Any suggestions on what to do when businesses take your money and don't have the product to begin with?

“Thanks for your testimony. I see Homedecoz website is no longer reachable, but unfortunatelly, as I said in my review, there are many other similar sites that are literally mirror corbon copy sites from - obviously - the same owners.”
