“Very fun for me, but covet is money hungry”

Personally i love the game, and have spent money on it. But each hair accessory is $8.99 (USA), and that amount adds up to a lot. They want all your money. I have had to limit my spending on the game because of the prop packs and such. Customer service is fine for me, but they dont respond on weekends. But each customer service person i've spoken to is very helpful!

Tip for consumers:
if you sign in with facebook it lets you borrow items from other players. very, very helpful
