Lied to me... would not take my callls as I waited in the airport for their customer service to telll me where my car was... Waited 9 hours! Do not under any circumstances

I don't know if they purposely try to be confusing so they can squeeze more ad running days out of you, but that's the only reason I can see for making it so confusing.

Customer service abandonned me in the airport. They promised my car at noon... didn't get it till 10:30 at night. Turns out it... I'm not going to go on and on. I would just advise to stay far far far away as you can. Days later when I called to complain they accused me if lying. Yoiks!

Had a small issue with inkfarm. I phoned and immediately spoke with a real person who stuck with me and resolved my issue COMPLETELY and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company! 5 stars!

If you get the HD dvr they will give you the worst remote ever. Whoever designed this should be hot-waxed. WHOEVER APPROVED IT SHOULD BE WATERBOARDED. What's with making the buttons so teeny tiny only a 12 year old female text wizard can see and use them?. The stupid thing is all black with black buttons. (It would have cost more money to make the important buttons different colors, so of course they went with all black with elf writing on them!) SERIOUSLY! You need full light on the thing to use it. WORST REMOTE EVER

Stopped at 6pm oct 31 Monday 2016 and handed desk clerk my coupon from I 95 rest area. Smug desk clerk lady told me "No more coupons! All those rooms are taken!" I asked "How many coupon rooms are there?"
She said, "How am I supposed to know that?"
I said, "Because you work here."
"Okay. There's four coupon rooms. When they're gone they're gone!"
As I was leaving a couple was coming in holding the same coupon book as I was.

Every time I go to this site and i want to see what's available I CANNOT NAVIGATE IT!. AND I KNOW MY WAY AROUND COMPUTERSAS I AM ON my computer every day! Exxxxxxxxxxxxxxcuse me. But this vj site is a loser!
