You really need to talk to your customer a bit more in the build stage you guys are good at building but I found out after I got my pc that the motherboard is unable to overclock the cpu so I will have to upgrade later on, which is weird as it is paired with an *******k the K meaning unlocked to overclock why would I pay for that and want it in a locked motherboard. Then the fact I had paid for a 3 day build priority which suddenly was unavailable on the Monday you should turn this option off not just type unavailable in the description, sloppy website Administration. And also I was unsure my 360 rad would fit in the case so I talked to customer service online and ask them to check it would fit to make sure there not anymore delays they said hold on one moment and I'll check that for you and about two mins later came back and said yes it would be fine... this was the week it was due to be built 8 weeks after payment. I was called day one of the build by the build team who suggested I downgraded to a smaller rad 2 fans because mine wouldn't fit in the case I said no thank you, but you can upgrade my case with the money you owe me for my 3 day build. And explained to the guy what had gone on, after this I was looked after my case was upgrade and extra free commander for rgb fan etc, the pc looks ace still upset about the motherboard but I kinda should have looked in to it more guess I just trusted that they wouldn't want to have locked motherboards on 3xs High end rigs, give me a job I'll build your pc in no time. Oh fixed the rgb strips set up looked really bad lol. All in all it was a stressful sale as I'm not the easiest customer I have always built my own pc so I'm am very fussy. Dpd delivery not own service.
