Very worst experience with Pinnacle Nissan, Scottsdale, Arizona. Probably the worst people i have ever seen. Beware of the cheaters, who make you to buy car for a certain price and also on the backend they would loot money from your DMV credit/title refunds.

Showing my interest to buy a car is my biggest problem, they formed a team and made every move to convince me and hiked my price and finally we agreed to a deal. In last minute before signing a contract, they included a protection plan which i don't have any idea and got some signs which is indirectly says they would loot any money as credit they want in order to balance the deal.

Kindly beware, they will agreed to a deal but they do some background work to bring some more money which will not be part of your contract. Finally they gave only one key for my car, i was told they will handover both the keys. But that is also a lie. Once they sell a car, you will not get any respect if you walk in again for some clarifications.

There is a person who takes care of the finance, he is the one who pollutes everyone and cheated me. He tried to sell a 3k bumper to bumper warranty, since i didn't agree he used his skills to hike the APR and added hidden charges. This incident happened in Pinnacle Nissan on September 2021
