Poor customer service. Watch out for the return policy. If you need to exchange or return something it is very costly. They do not care for there customers. Just all about making a buck. Many places to order or purchase crafting supplies and machine, I would recommend a different site.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you do not need to return anything. It is easier to buy from a more reputable site or company.
