I hate that I have to leave this kind of a review because I RARELY take the time to leave bad reviews, but this company has awful business practices and I don't want to see anyone else get sucked in and taken advantage of.
I purchased one toothpaste and one body wash and DID NOT sign up for any kind of membership or auto renewal. I simply don't go through those items that fast, so I just would NEVER have done that. Yet less than a month later I received an e-mail stating my order was on the way. Like HUH?

Knowing I didn't place a second order I went to call the company, but conveniently they don't have ANY phone number listed.! HUGE RED FLAG! The only way to contact them is through e-mail and it takes several days to respond. They started off saying they are a small company, so they don't have a number and it takes them a while to respond to everyone. YET THEY SELL THIER PRODUCTS IN TARGET. They sell in TARGET and don't have a phone number? Yea... I don't think so. They went on to say I signed up for some kind of membership (which of course I did not), and explained how to cancel it. They didn't offer a refund or cancel the membership for me. So I had to do it and I did... or so I thought. I received ANOTHER e-mail today (a month later) stating my order has been shipped AGAIN. Such a SCAM! Order #2 I didn't not place or authorize.

I researched the complaints on this company and SO many say the same thing. They get charged monthly for memberships they DID NOT authorize and there is no customer service number to call. This makes it very easy to scam people if they only have an e-mail address.

I had to call and report the last two charges as FRAUD and CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD. I mean seriously I had to take drastic measures to stop these people.
I know there are many people who can't afford to have money taken out of their accounts and budget every dollar, so I hope can save others from going through this nightmare.

The only reason I even gave them 1 star is because I actually really like the products. So if you want to try them DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR COMPANY. Purchase them at Target or another brick and mortar location.
