I didn't do my research first, so here I am writing a review, so that hopefully someone else will do their research first.

I purchased a pair of video recording eyewear from the company's website, which was advertised as video electronically stabilized. This sounded very positive, as video recording eyewear has a bad reputation for poor video quality across the entire industry. So this was going to be a first! The glasses were quite expensive, which stood to reason.

When I received the product (which took almost an entire month to receive (which may be no fault of the company)), I was eager to test them out. The design was different from any other I've seen on the market, so I was hopeful that this would be the pair of eyewear that stood above the rest. I charged them up, tried them out, and I was very disappointed when I watched the video back.

First off, let me start by saying the remote start and stop is an attractive feature, and it did work as advertised. I give the company credit for that. However, there was absolutely zero image stabilization, and the image quality was below average. This was terribly misleading, and when I went to return the product, I was advised that there was a 15% restocking fee, which is pretty standard, industry wide. I was aware of this. It was further explained to me that if the glasses were found to be defective, the restocking fee would be waived. It was not waived. I was somewhat hopeful that the false advertising would deem the product defective, but I was mistaken.

On the plus side, I did receive my refund back to my original method of payment in a relatively quick timeframe. Customer service was quick to respond, and was always helpful and sounded professional, even if they didn't honor the defect warranty. Four stars for customer service, but one star for the poor quality and false advertising.

Overall, I give Zetronix a two star rating, because while their product is advertised as being above the competition, it is barely on par with many other similar procucts on the market. If they charged for their product accordingly, and didn't mislead in the product's description, I would have only myself to blame for the mistaken purchase. And now that I have returned the product, someone else is going to pay full price for my exact same returned pair, which the company has now made an extra 15% profit off. If that doesn't say scam, I don't know what does. Bottom line, you do not get what you pay for. (I'm attaching credit card statements to show the original price, and return amounts to substantiate my review.)

I'd change this review if the company offered me the remaining 15% refund. But as of now, this review stands.

EDIT:

Upon looking at the website, I see they're offering a discount on the product I purchased, yet you'll notice the electronic video stabilization is still advertised. I am doubtful I will receive a full refund, but as I said, if I do, my review above will reflect it.

I stumbled across Hair So Fly via Google, while looking for reputable online wig stores. They were included in a list of a reviewer's top ten places to purchase a wig from. Their website boasts same day shipping by 3pm, their local time. And they are true to that.

Their wigs are really inexpensive, and pretty decent quality. Great bang for the buck. Over all, I'd shop there again.

I ordered three wigs on two separate orders, and after making payment, waited a few days to hear of an order update. After hearing nothing, I called and inquired, and was told the order may ship the following Tuesday. While I was not satisfied with this response, I accepted it.

The day before the order was alleged to be shipped, I decided to cancel, due to my second order not being updated, and reading other negative reviews online. I sent a message and followed up with a phone call. I was told I would be responsible for a restalking fee, despite the items not even having shipped yet. I explained that I do not feel that's fair, and I was not only blamed for the shipment delay, but was also hung up on. I then tried to resolve the issue in a chat, and the chat was ended before I could make my case (screenshot provided).

After reopening another chat, I was given the opportunity to attempt to resolve the issue. I will attach screenshots of the chat here. I do not feel respected as a customer, and whether they get the restocking fee out of me or not, I will not give my business to this vendor again. I have found other vendors with faster shipping and much more courteous service. This is simply my own personal experience, so take it for what it's worth.

Tip for consumers:
Phone and ask to place an order. Ask questions before placing the order. You'll get a feel for the customer service better over the phone.

Before I purchased, I read the reviews here and became worried about ordering. I started investigating, and even tried to find similar products on Amazon, or another reputable site. Couldn't find anything. I contacted HairUWear and they verified that Wigs.com was one of their online vendors. So, I bit the bullet and placed my order. Not only did I receive a high quality wig, but I received it in less than a week! I hope this review helps someone else doing their own investigation, and settles their nerves. Of course, this is only my own experience, but based on that, I'm very pleased!
