Parts ordered on Mini mania website, I was sent an email stating Shipping 1-3 days on 2 parts, 1 Gasket up to 3 weeks. A partial shipment of what was on hand would have been acceptable but a partial shipment was not sent, it was held, then a few days later, 2nd email update "found a different supplier order will wait 3-7 days for the gasket" then ship. In the meantime i sent email to Company to just send in-house parts, scratch the gasket, send later. Nope we're going to wait on the outstanding part. Regardless of what the customer wants. I did receive the whole order finally. Parts were not damaged during shipment. I would like to see the company add to their webpage the Parts are on hand or the part will be ordered from a vendor and the time required to receive the order will be weeks, so the customer can decide before dumping the Cart and filling out all the info and selecting the shipping before finding out later that "Ohh we had to order a part from tibet and ground transportation is a camel".
