I ordered a gift card with FedEx shipping for my wife's birthday. It never came and I was never notified. I called and they said that they arbitrarily cancelled the order because I was a new customer. They also lied to me saying that they sent a cancellation email, when in fact I received a confirmation email.
They were non apologetic and essentially said "tough luck".
Never, ever, rely on them to get you a card on time, if at all, as you will be bitterly disappointed.
