Their Sim Card never worked right in my daughter's phone despite several attempts to resolve the issue. I canceled the service, and confirmed with them I wouldn't be billed further, but they continued billing me after the service was canceled, and refused to refund the difference.

I have never had a bad experience with Sweetwater Sound. They reach out to me with every single order with appreciation, and gratitude. I've never dealt with a better company online. I will recommend them to anyone.

They locked my debit card for no reason, and when I got a new one they said it was activated and it was still locked. Good luck getting help even when you do finally get to speak to a real person, and forget about speaking anyone who's actually in the United States. Canceling my accounts

These people are crooks! Don't ever buy anything from them. They charge double the box office price, refuse to refund, even if the event is canceled, and don't even buy the tickets they are selling until after you order from them. Shady, underhanded crooks, plan and simple
