I cant say enough about the customer service I received from Lucy's Dresses. Their prices are amazing also! My dress does not look like it cost $300.00 it looks like it cost 2,500.00 maybe even more depending on where you buy it. They have a hard return policy so I recommend when shopping for your dress to do a live chat and ask for live pictures of the dress. That's exactly how I found my wedding dress. And it is perfect! I literally asked them to show me sooooo many dresses and they always responded quickly and were so polite. Because of their attention to me I didn't feel so nervous anymore. They really know their stuff because at first I sent in my measurements that I did myself and they knew they weren't correct. So I had a friend measure me and I sent them in again and they were perfect. My dress came in quickly and it fits perfectly. I felt all the feelings I always imagined I would when putting on my wedding dress. Thank you, thank you to Lucy's Dresses!
