Ordered a pillow for my husband- he hates it of course so I tried to return it for a refund per the 45 day return on the site. Unfortunately I didn't read all the strings attached such as 15% restocking, no refund on shipping and pay to ship it back, has to be in original packing (though I don't know how you know if you want to keep it if you don't take it out). Basically make very sure you want to keep anything you order from them because you will probably have to no matter what!
Tip for consumers:
Read refund policy carefully! By the time you pay shipping both ways and the restocking fee it isn't worth the trouble to return and they probably know that.
