In all fairness the sales staff is very good. We felt the negotiated deal was fair. Once you are sent to the "finance" dept to finalize your deal (even if you're a cash customer), that's when the bait and switch happens. We were offered and quoted an optional extended warranty for our vehicle purchase. We were given a few days to think about it. When I returned 4 days later to take up the offer, I was now being quoted a price 50% greater ($2300 vs $3000) with the warranty term significantly reduced.

When we travel we always look for Indian restaurants to sample. We hit the jackpot here in Ocala Florida. Amrit Palace is on the west side of Ocala. The food is excellent. Chicken Tikka Masala, Rogan Josh, Aloo Gobhi, Dal soup are to die for. Portion sizes are very good and the menu is very complete. The prices are a bit above average but well worth it. Whether you eat on site or get take-out you will always be satisfied. It's the real deal and worth the 1 hour drive to get there.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.


I called the dealership for a warranty item on my car. I explained to them a switch on my steering wheel was physically broken. They set me up with an appointment two days later and said they would take care of it. I arrived 5 minutes early. The service folks looked lost and fumbled around unsure of their job. The car was taken into the shop after a 20 "induction" process.
We waited for over an hour until the service rep came out and announced that the "technician" had found the switch to be broken needed to be replaced. No parts on hand and it would be ordered.
They knew prior to the service appointment exactly what was needed. Instead they wasted over 2 1/2 hours of my time to tell me what I already knew and had informed them several days prior. Now when and if the part arrives i know i will be tagged for another 2 1/2 hours or more to get it fixed even though I know the job takes more than 30 minutes.


The pillows are comfortable for the first couple years. After that they must be air fluffed in the dryer every couple days to maintain their "fullness".
An industry standard "full" pillow is 20" x 26". The standard full pillow that is sold by MyPillow is advertised as 18" x 28". The pillows you receive are much smaller than industry standard and smaller than advertised on the website. They measure out at 16" x 24". You almost need two of them the fill a standard pillow case. Two "King" pillows from them fits well on a full/double bed.


Lots of interesting stuff to see and do. Well designed for folks of all ages. From the IMAX theater to Atlantis and the astronaut experience is well done with mostly the genuine articles and participatory displays. Had to knock off a star for several reasons.
1. Bring your own food and drink, plenty of outdoor seating with tables... food at park is horrible and water is $4 for 16oz
2. Center is only open for 6 hours. Arrive at least an hour before park opens. You will need the full 6 hours to see/do everything. Traffic on entry parkway can be backed up for at least 1 1/2 miles or more.
Be glad the folks running the center do not run the space program... we would never have got to the moon. Traffic control for park entry is non-existent. Poorly done.
3. Buying the VIP launch viewing tickets has its risks. If the launch gets canceled, there is no refund. You will get a voucher for the equivalent $$ in the gift shop. Do you really need $45 worth of coffee mugs, thimbles, or key chains?
4. Skip the nature center. You can see this stuff anywhere for free.

Seriously, the center is well worth the visit.


The printing and design were great. For the money spent I expected a better quality t-shirt. The shirts are so thin they are almost see-thru.

Update... CSR requested more info which I sent to them two weeks ago(10-8)... nothing but crickets now.

Almost two years now since I purchased a couple of fruit trees. Paid what i felt was a premium price but there are no reputable nurseries within reasonable distance. Yes, both trees are still alive but look EXACTLY the same as received. They haven't grown at all and remain in a dwarf-type state. If I didn't know better I'd swear they were plastic. Both trees were planted per instructions. They have been adequately fed and water religiously. So very disappointed. Customer service disappears as soon as order is received. They only promise the plants will "live". End of warranty.
