This company is terrible and has a terrible business model. This product doesn't work as advertised. I was 4 days late to canceling the free trial and was charged for an ENTIRE year. I could deal with a month. Not being flexible with this and just taking people's money is awful business practice. And just deferring to the 'contract' is terrible customer service. Why don't you try to help people out instead of just deferring to your contract? I'll make sure to steer everyone I know away from this product. It doesn't even work! The timestamps are always off and if your kid turns on 'airplane mode' it doesn't even track them.
