One of the realtors of this agency, Barry Brown is terrible, extremely rude and brings a bad image to the real estate industry. Just a horrible human being. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. He is very disrespectful and to say he's unprofessional would be a major understatement. All I did was when I went to Ottawa for a trip/vacation, I happened to notice a listing. I contacted him to see if it was possible to see his listing. Just passing through town. I didn't have much time so I thought it wouldn't hurt. He asked if I had a realtor, and I said no. Then he messaged me saying that "we don't need your business." That was shocking and quite frankly, very, very weird. I then sent him as message about being super unprofessional. He then left me a voicemail saying that I "obviously don't know the rules when it comes to dealing with real estate agents" or something along those lines. I thought to myself, "gee, what a weird way of doing business. Who the heck talks that way, let alone to potential customers." I made a complaint to the real estate board and I am happy to say that he was given a warning letter. Prior to that, I requested he apologize for his unbecoming behaviour (I'm being generous saying that). That is now officially on record with the Board. His reply to me here on this review shows he hasn't learned his lesson at all. Sorry, is not a word in his vocabulary... and it should be because he was totally at fault and wrong. Obviously the "punishment" he received is a "slap on the wrist" and as far as I am concerned, he should have had his license suspended if not completely revoked and moreover, he should be banned from the real estate industry. Stay far, far away from him. By the way, Barry, you don't seem to know how to spell my name. But that's ok. At least now the world will know all about the kind of deplorable character you really are. If you lose customers over this, then the warning is well-heeded and I have saved people from emotional distress and wasting their time with a work of art like you. Whether I have a realtor or not is really besides the point. But pieces of... dirt... are going to do what they have to do. Stay away from this guy. He is trouble. If anyone knows him please urge him to get psychological help.
