After not receiving any information regarding my DNA test, I tried to login in to MyHeritage.com... it stated that it could not find my email address. Therefore, I could not contact them online, had to call them. When I called, the wait time was reasonable and when the sales agent spoke with me, we discovered that there was an error with my email address. He corrected that and sent me an email stating my email was corrected. However, I still could not get to the result link. As a result of myn review, Rafael left me a message and the link for my results. I am totally, 100% satisfied and happy with the way they handle this.
