I ordered an expensive pair of Fristads Kansas overalls from this company. I received a thank you email for my order on 05/03/19 and on 06/03/19 I had a further email confirming dispatch of the item. It all seemed very promising at that point. After a few days there was no sign of them so I emailed the company for an update. I had no reply after 2 days so I emailed again; no reply!

I then tried to phone them and for 3-4 days I got either the engaged tone or it rang indefinitely. I think the engaged tone was due to other people phoning them and listening to the ringing. I emailed them again and still no reply!

I tried one more time to phone and finally someone answered at around 10:00 8 days after the overalls were supposedly sent! The guy was very vague and claimed he knew nothing about the order as he worked in the warehouse and no admin staff were in yet... at 10:00? I had to insist he took my details and then he begrudgingly said someone would call me; they didn't.

I raised a dispute with PayPal and they also could not get anything from this company. Thankfully, today I had a refund from PayPal and I am very glad I used them and not a debit card. I simply would not trust this business!

Tip for consumers:
Only pay using a credit card, PayPal or another service which gives you rights to claim back your money if items fail to arrive.


I was trying to get this setup for a friend who has no technical ability whatsoever. They are great at first with a test service which works correctly. After 24 hours that test ends so you pay a subscription. They send you the new server connection and guess what... it doesn't work. They only offer the advice "test you Internet connection!" then they simply ignore you having taken your money!

I knew something was wrong when they wanted a personal PayPal payment which was foolishly completed. PLEASE AVOID because they are simply taking the money and not offering anything. Yes, we were stupid but thankfully it was only a small amount so PLEASE PEOPLE, do not sign up for a longer service as you will lose your money.

To prove they are ignoring us now, a friend sent an email asking for a 1 year server deal. Their reply was instant.

Do not get caught out like us, hopefully other people will not part with their hard earned money. The PayPal account is for Yassine Nafir, that is where the money goes.


I needed a new K9 Julius harness for my dog and found very good prices on this site. I also decided to add a new lead as it made sense to avoid delivery charges. The first attempt at an order via PayPal failed for a reason unknown to me. My second order also failed despite using a debit card. I had multiple emails saying they accepted my order but payment had not cleared. It was the usual "contact customer services" but that was a chore! I decided to use the "re-order" option and finally it was completed. Well I thought it had completed but I later had an e-mail saying there was an issue with my payment. My bank confirmed there was no problem and the retailer had already reserved my money and it was showing as a valid transaction.

I decided enough was enough so I emailed them back and asked for everything to be cancelled. It all seemed very suspicious and I didn't want to proceed. Then I had a reply saying I could cancel because the items had already been dispatched. So it went from a payment issue to being sent despite the alleged error not be resolved!

Finally a parcel arrived; too late to meet my trip and they had not sent the lead! They now say a full refund has been issued but I cannot see it in my account.

WARNING! They are clearly inept rather than fraudulent but as part of Zooplus who seem 5 star to me you would expect better. Be wary of additional bank charges because despite showing a UK phone and a. co.uk domain all payments are cleared in Germany so I paid overseas bank charges!

I will not bother with them again!


I just love the click and collect feature and they now offer PayPal. Just order your item, choose collect in store and within 5 minutes of paying you will get an SMS or email confirming the order is ready for collection. You take the payment card for PIN confirmation or ID if you use PayPal. No excess trawling through a catalogue or queuing to place an order. Turn up and collect it without fear of it not being in stock.


We recently took on a rescue puppy and needed a torch at night. I called this company and Stewart King talked me through my options. His knowledge was extensive and he provided a friendly professional recommendation of a couple of torches. I was very happy with their service, prices and the fast delivery. If you are looking for any kind of torch then give them a try, you won't be disappointed.


I normally buy Thorlo or Hilly socks but saw a pair of Under Armour socks and decided to try them out. They are not cheap but first impressions seemed okay. I wore them for a 2 hour walk, not a heavy jog so they were under stress, just a walk. My feet started to get sore and I couldn't understand why. I stopped to check why and it was the socks starting to wear badly. They were brand new but you could see the fabric starting to pill and slowly pull apart. When I returned home I took off the socks and on the one side they were virtually worn out, just a thin bit of the fabric left. At the price I was not happy!

I took a picture of the socks and emailed it to customer services. I had a reply saying "we take these issues very seriously" but that was as serious as it got!

I heard nothing for a month, nearly 5 weeks, so I contacted them again. The reply from the people who take things seriously?

"We passed it to our quality asurance department and they say it does not reflect a manufacturing fault so we cannot offer a refund or replacement!"

That was it, no apology, no "serious" concern for the client. I showed them to others and they could not believe it. The socks are now in the bin and I for one would not touch their products. Okay, so if it is "one of those things" it shouldn't take 5 weeks to respond with such a scripted and discourteous reply.



I had some decorating to do in my bathroom and no matter what I did I could not get the correct finish. I contacted MyPaintbrush and they replied with a couple of ideas. They did not suggest the highest cost items, there was a mix between budget, medium and top end. They also added the caveat "this is what I would use it it was my project". I was pleased to see their recommended items were pretty inexpensive. I bought some brushes, rollers, spreaders and hand tools.

The quality of the brushes and rollers is amazing and the difference it made to the finish was very pleasing. I went to the business because of the Traditional Painter site http://traditionalpainter.com/ who are top professionals in decorating.

I paid no more than I would from the usual DIY store and in some cases, less! The quality is far superior and I will always buy from them in the future.

Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

If you are unsure about which product you need then ask them. They will give you genuine friendly advice.


Buyer Beware! We ordered some shoes for my daughter and needed them for a special party. She paid the extra for expedited delivery but nothing arrived. We chased them every day and it was just excuse after excuse. First, it was an error with the order, then it was a stock issue, then it was their supplier and finally it was the courier. After embarrassing them on social media the shoes arrived - too small! Then the fun begins because you have to return them. They provide a label and a bag which means you take it to a Collect+ point. I do this all the time so I went to my local Collect+ shop and handed over the parcel. WARNING: With other companies that is generally the end of the matter but with Missguided the fun is about to start again. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT from Collect+ and make a copy. We contacted them about the refund and it was obvious they were trying to fob us off with the hope we would give up and not claim the refund. They claimed they didn't receive the returned item which is rubbish when they have a tracked returns system. Admittedly, items get lost but it is their returns service so they should be responsible. After days of chasing they said unless we could provide the return receipt there was nothing they could do. Because I use Collect+ all the time, I have receipts stored in a specific place so it was scanned and sent to them. Despite this we are not in receipt of our refund.

Please avoid this business as clearly they are unreliable and have no customer care policy worth reading!


I have been a customer since they started in 2000. They were not so good in those days but each time I had an issue it was sorted. I don't mind the odd problem provided a solution is offered and they helped me each time. There delivery cut-off time is amazing. I was working on a family laptop and needed a part ASAP so I checked the prices on-line. Ebuyer had the best price and what's more I ordered at 22:10 and could still have NEXT DAY delivery! I use them a lot and it is so long ago since I had one I cannot remember a problem!


I have used this company many times now and am impressed with them. Every time I shopped with them I found excellent prices and FREE delivery on some items. I had one faulty USB drive and contacted them for help as I wasn't sure of the procedure. They were brilliant providing invoice dates and details so I could get a replacement. I recommend them to others looking for memory cards or gaming products. They have a vast range and delivery is very quick.


I suddenly started to receive emails from them and I have never signed up. My wife and I sat there and laughed at the site as most of the people looked fake or photoshopped! The emails just stopped for about 5-6 weeks and now they're starting again. I just marked them as Spam and that is the end of it.


Stay away from this company. They are rude and unprofessional. Jaime on Live Chat has the customer service skills of Attila the Hun and was not interested in helping us. We ordered one Prom dress but the auto reply e-mail listed THREE. We immediately emailed them and just had a garbled reply listing the three order numbers. Using Live Chat with Jaime was like pulling teeth, he/she was rude and totally unhelpful and disinterested. As soon as they realised we were complaining they stopped responding on the chat. We contacted the credit card company and stopped the transactions. We've had a lucky escape so please avoid these rip off merchants before you get caught. They are clearly a stack it high sell it low company who just want volume sales. They are not interested in sorting out issues for individuals
