LONG STORY STORY. WE WENT ON CARNIVAL HORIZON 4/30/22 FOR A 8 DAYS CRUISE TO CELEBRATE OUR 34TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY BUT IT WAS NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTMENT. TOO MANY TO MENTIONED. I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUBMIT MY ISSUE AND ALL I GET FROM THE REP CHRISTIAN PLASENCIA EXPLANATION IS LIKE "I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BAD EXPERIENCE". WE WENT ON SEVERAL CARNIVAL CRUISE SHIP BEFORE BUT THIS IS OUR FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE. WE LOVE CARNIVAL BUT WITH THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WE WILL CHOOSE FROM ANOTHER CRUISE LINE WE CRUISE WITH BEFORE TO CELEBRATE OUR 35TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.
Tip for consumers: CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR CRUISE. MANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS MAKE PERSONAL DECISIONS AND NOT REPRESENTING THE COMPANY.
MSC is the worst cruise line that ever hit the U S waterways. I cruise twice with them boy the food is worst than GARBAGE. Spoiled, rotten and smelly. They always run out of food and drink. Their price is cheap but their service is very very very low. I do not recommend this cruise line to anyone. If you cruise with this company you will be sorry.
One of the worst online service. Customer service is like dealing with children. Have no answer to your question. I do not recommend this site to anyone. Very poor service and the people are not knowledgeable about what is going on. Go directly to the cruise line website for your booking.
