Twice I came here to purchase a lot of equipment for my company. The first time I was sold computers that didn't have WiFi. This was last year, 2021. I didn't think I had to specify the computer should have WiFi. I chalked this up to a mistake I made but we were not told that the computers did not have WiFi. The second time I purchased 7 computers and 3 monitors for each machine. Upsold on the machine in order to utilize 3 screens which wasn't necessary and the cables that came with the monitors did not fit the computer. After I had unboxed and set up every desk they proposed a full return. Corporate was absolutely no help. Fool me twice, as they say. Either way, terrible experience. If you have to shop here, make sure you ask every possible question.

I trusted the sales guy walking door to door. Industrious job and attitude but the service and results were terrible. Whatever they applied seemed to somehow bring more bugs than before. We couldn't go outside without being attacked by mosquitos. The claim to have a guarantee but after scheduling this service twice and not showing up it was clear that was just a scam service. Now I need to cancel and they want to collect more money to do so. Absolutely do not use this service.
