I checked on website for some a4 card packs to see if they're in stock and they were. I drove to store, 9 miles away, and found they didn't have them. I was told in stock may mean in the warehouse but I could order for collection from place. £1 fee for doing this.

I sent them an email explaining my disappointment and they offered a free collection. I asked when they'd arrive and 2 days later I got a reply, saying I could have free delivery instead due to the hassle.

I did this and ordered on 8th and it's meant to be delivered in 5 working days. I messaged them asking when it would be delivered and they said they were checking with warehouse. I sent them a further email asking them to contact me asap as I was going to use the card for Christmas presents.

They replied the following morning saying they're waiting stock of colour it sheets. I've replied advising that I've not ordered them and ask that someone rings me but as yet, still no call.

I have never dealt with such a poor company and wish I'd paid a bit more from elsewhere and actually got it.

I had to unlock a phone and was told it was on Vodafone network.

I went into the store and explained this and the lady put a sim in it and after a while said "no it's not Vodafone".

I went to C********* W********* and they checked the system and said it is on Vodafone according to their system but couldn't be 100% sure.

I took it to a place that unlocks them and they checked it and said it is on Vodafone, it needed connecting to the network.

I went back to the Vodafone shop and explained what they did. Another lady said to go onto a website and put the details in and it will unlock soon.

Luckily it did after a couple of days, otherwise the review would have been 1 star.

I'll never go back to them because they charged my wife £96 for a month after they didn't explain partial month upgrade wouldn't have as many texts etc available.

My son wanted Disney Infinite 2 for Xbox 360 so Cex near us has 3 in stock. Guy was very friendly and got us a boxed version.

My son opened it on his birthday and tried it but it wouldn't recognise the characters. We restarted it and went through the 15 minute into gameplay again and it still wouldn't read the characters.

My son was upset but we said we'll sort it and duly went back to the shop and explained the problem. After he swapped the contents from ours with an unboxed one, I decided to check the game was in, and it was.

It was this point where my son said that the other disc was white and I realised the first person had in fact given us the game for version 1 and not 2.

At least they sorted it but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Sigh.

I wanted to buy my wife 2 x dvds for Christmas and they were cheaper than anywhere else second hand and the condition is fantastic.

I ordered a game and after various attempts to contact them by phone "Sorry the mailbox is full" and emails doing the same, I messaged on Twitter and they eventually responded.

The item never arrived and whilst I got my money back, I was really annoyed as it was an excellent price.

The new Music Magpie doesn't seem to have as much stock for some strange reason.

I'm very dubious about using them in the future

I ordered a Spiderman top and after a few weeks it hadn't arrived. After various messages, they stopped responding so I raised a dispute with PayPal and they said that they couldn't refund it unless I closed the dispute.

I didn't close it and messaged PayPal this information. PayPal refunded the money themselves.

The thieves then said that if I closed the dispute they'd refund the money ASAP but said it would be less than I paid.

To test them, I said it had been closed (which was true) and their response was that they nor I couldn't do anything further and closed one of the tickets I raised with them.

I explained to the thieves that I had caught them out and will let as many people I know what they're up to so here I am.

Do not ever buy from these thieves!
