My name is Dave Powell. I have used this company for 28 years, and in January 2022, I paid to upgrade my system to the new ADT control smart house system. Unfortunately, it has only worked for 14 days with a problem. I have had several service calls and several phone calls to their office to get items repaired. I have asked for seiner repair techs, and they send techs that do not know the equipment. We have spent several thousands of dollars on this system, and we no longer can even turn it on without clearing all of the problems in the system. I have asked to have a seiner tech and requested they call me before coming, and they do not call, but they do call the wrong phone number. This security upgrade has been a disaster getting this new system.
And the biggest insult to this is I am still paying my monthly cost and ADT will not return my calls

We purchased the Nissan becuse of the safety system's and when we took it back to the dealer for oil changes in the first and second year of owning the new car we experienced a warning light coming on for the front radar. We asked Bomareno Nissan of St. Louis to investigate when he had the can in for service but they always said everything is ok. But the first time we took it back after the warranty time ran out but not the malage the dealership stated the front radar has failed and the to change it it would cost $1,700. And to make matters worse he state this happens a lot. I belive Nissan has a problem with their radar. I have sent this message to St Louis Bomareno Nissan but no reply.

I've on 3 pair of Oakley flak jacket sunglasses and they have all 3 failed. I have tried to call Oakley distributor rep in Saint Louis and they blamed it back on the people who made the glasses which was Oakley. They de-Laminate for about 10 to 14 months, no help from Oakley.

I was a customer of H and R block for over 25 years. I always Paid for their protection insurance. But they failed to follow email direction that was given to them and they cost me several thousands of dollars. The outrightly lied and said they never received any information and they would not support their claim to supporting their client do not use them. I have also listed complaints on the BBB And I received one call back and they didn't have 1 good piece of information Concerning my account our complaint. I tried several times to call them back and they simply tell you that the file is closed and no one is there to talk to you.

Called several times and still having problems with Internet speed we are supposed to have the fastest Internet and we have intermittent 3.5 mips to mips. And no one understands why going back to charter as fast as I can.

I have two units and the one in front of our house has failed several times. The camera works but the flood lights do not come on at night during motion. Have tried and hard reset several times still have the same problem. I have called ring an email to ring four Solutions and I still have the problem.
