Bought my son an expensive Osprey travel bag for Christmas. It arrived wrapped with only thin plastic - no useful protection whatsoever - and even with that crappy material had not been properly sealed. Corner of bag was abraded and dirty. I contacted the company, and was met with stony silence. NEVER purchasing from them again. Much better companies to choose from, take yor business elsewhere.
Tip for consumers:
More reliable companies are out there for similar prices. I cannot in any way recommend Luggage Base. Crappiest quality shipping, zero replies to valid complaints.
