I purchased the Corporate version of OST to PST in 2019, I activated it once, and used it once. I needed it today and chatted with billing/support, I am no longer sure. But when I told them I just needed a link to download, I was told it expired.
Well after much discussion about different products and such, I was prepared to buy a more expensive version, or even maybe the $2500 version, although I probably wouldn't use all the tools, but I was concerned about the license expiring in the future.
THEN, while chatting with Keirya, I check the KDE Tools website again and I find that the product I purchased had no expiration, but did have a limit of 5 activations. Well when I told Kierya this it seemed thing were not clear to her.

So I have to leave a poor review, I feel as though KDE Tools was not completely honest with me. I have never left a one star review, but I feel I have to. Sorry KDE, the tools worked ok, but I really think I should be able to use it to it fullest according to the license on the website.
I guess I should have checker SITEJABBER First!
