I bought the sneakers from the 5th Avenue Flagship Store and received the incorrect size. I didn't realise it until I got home, so I called the store to inform them that I had been given the incorrect size. So the right pair was put on hold for me, and we decided that I would pick it up the next morning. When I arrived to pick up my shoes, they said they couldn't find them, so the associate searched the system and found that another associate had sold my on-hold sneakers, so I talked to a manager. They tried to persuade me to buy the shoes online, despite the fact that I was going on vacation the following week. They assured me that it would arrive on schedule. I said no, I'd like them to get it from another company and I'll pick it up. They placed the order with another store to get it shipped and said they'd contact me. After four days, no one had contacted me, so I called the store.
