I had some problems with the website and a customer service rep and posted the following after the company repeatedly charged my account until it was drained.
I have been using Gregory Packs as a backcountry guide and wilderness skills instructor for YEARS. In getting ready for a trip, I thought I would purchase a new pack and ordered from their website. After repeated error message after error message and the item returning to my cart, I checked my bank to find out that Gregory had repeatedly charged my bank account.
I called customer service and "Diane" told me they not only did NOT have any record of my purchase, and therefore, could not effect a refund, but that all she could do was forward me to the warehouse to place my order AGAIN. Moments later, she claimed she never said that. She also stated they have NO TECH SUPPORT and REFUSED TO GET A MANAGER.
I finally had to REPORT FRAUD TO MY BANK in order to get my money back. Only after Gregory was approached by my bank, did they finally refund my money. This just goes to show that no company is exempt from crumbling societal standards of honesty and integrity. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!
