This is one of the most frustrating companies to work with. They are an insurance broker and You get exactly what you pay for. Yes, they provide good rates, but in return provide subpar customer service. If you choose to work with them: Be prepared for endless spam emails, despite continued requests to stop! Be prepared for them not to listen to what you want done! Example, I got tired of the endless emails and decided to renew my policy directly thru another vendor. They started sending me MORE endless emails to cancel my policy. And, though I continued to request all communication cease, else I would begin to leave unfavorable reviews... they are still emailing me! Also, my agent left and noone called to introduce their replacement - just more bombarding with emails! BE WARNED!
